Woah. 15 points sounds small but it’s actually massive!

Wow! So if a kid has an IQ of 85 (which is in the low-normal range), a 15-point drop means this kid is now in the intellectual disability range (in the old days, they'd use the R-word). Or let's say a kid's IQ is 130= gifted. A drop to 115= still above average, but not gifted.
