Hmm, that's strange. You can try clearing your cache & cookies, restarting your browser before trying it again. You can also use a different browser to isolate the issue. Keep us posted.

You should have received an email and a message with more info in Creator Studio, including detailed resources and next steps. Note: if you were removed from YPP for policy reasons, you can always reapply in 30 days. Hope this helps.

I got removed with the new monetization update, I did get an email about it but I only recently found out about being able to contact Youtube via Twitter. It says I am still a partner on 2 of my channels just with monetization disabled.

This means a significant portion of your channel doesn’t meet YPP guidelines and policies (based on your current channel activity). Keep uploading original content and building an audience – you can always re-apply in 30 days from when you received the decision email.

No, I can't reapply and both channels follow the guidelines exactly. I just don't meet the new partner requirements is what the email said I got when Youtube changed it.
