It’s pretty clear they know they’ve dug themselves into a hole but refuse to actually admit they’ve messed up. This is exactly what you like to see from an agency constructing a multi billion dollar project.

So in other words, VTA commissioned a study that specifically avoided looking at cost differences, environmental impacts, and prior dual bore design work. What a total farce.

Not joining as a BART district was an enormous mistake. They could have avoided so many of these issues if they had just let BART do the planning.

This is just incredibly weird. Is this an EMU with a diesel locomotive attached to the front, or did they just move the electrical equipment for OCS ops. into the passenger car behind the locomotive (and it just feeds power into the engine)?

Hey , why do you make people jump through 50 million hoops to delete your account? In order for me to delete my account, I have to pay you money. This is possibly the most convoluted and anti-consumer process I've ever seen.
