They're not in charge whether PewDiePie will lose or not lose any Revenue. If anything making this public and talking about it could end up in him and every other YouTuber out there loosing money. The people who post Ad's just have to not post Ad's resulting in loose of revenue

YouTube uses an Automatic system which improves over mistakes. The system has flaws but if there is an action not registered in the code it can be bypassed. But it's an AI so it improves on mistakes. But bringing mass attention to it will cause another ad-apocalypse.

I rather would like if people report it instead so the system can learn. It's literally a black-box. If advertisers pulls their ads it might cost me my job. So i'm really cautious about it and just trying to spread the word to be considerate of others.

No you don't flag Felix's video. You open the ad video and flag it directly to YouTube. Since an advertiser pays money so their ads gets distributed throughout the site. It's not just PewDiePie's video. It's on every single video that is monetized.

The ad keeps rolling on all monetized videos out there until the money runs out that they've given @YouTube for showing their Ad.
