The fact that lots of trans people are completley happy with their bodies after transitioning demonstrates they're not comparable at all.
Also anorexic people will believe they're fat no matter how much weight they lose, whereas trans people are very much aware of what their body is like

Also transitioning made me comfortable with my fatness when I suffered EDs before, so make of that what you will.
