Homelessness got vogue when Banks and Investors bought up all the homes after the crash,rehab , rented or sold them. The section 8 money for a home almost triple so investors rent got a sweet cash flow. Wages could not pay the going rent rate cause the renters knew who to milk.

I highly doubt that homeless in these two cities has anything to do with the crash. That’s the liberal argument. It’s been here for years, except now the homeless is in everyone’s face & protected by ignorant liberal mayors that takes billions of tax payers money with no solution
