Both the DOT and OWWA were absent at NAIA to attend to the needs of OFWs and tourists. Even DOH should have also attended the needs of children and elderly. It was a complete breakdown of government services.

I also noticed flight 337 on August 17th Manila to Dubai were given compensation. They were given hotel and food. I know this because I was in line at Naia waiting for my flight to be rescheduled and a woman before me got a hotel. But what about the rest of the cancelled flights?
