I don’t know anything about power lifting, but that is really impressive. That is a shit ton of weight.

it's a lot of weight, but it is on a trap bar (somewhat easier) and elevated another 1" or so off the floor (deadening pads), but yeah,

no, but I wrestled for many years and recently had to resolve a situation between neighbors. My dad taught me all the basic chokes, even laid them in to get me used to them

Ok so you might have to do an entire thing explaining to normies why on earth lifting a heavy thing once is good, actually. For the hypothetical kids who just dont/wont get it (like me lol)

I lift that fifteen times, just slowly and one rep at a time, to prevent CNS damage and follow correct movement pathway, ensure I'm using correct form, etc.
