I was a dishwasher at a chinese restaurant once & had to clean the washrooms, I agree with Slavoj that the womens washroom was almost always the worst to clean. My hot take is that removing urinals is an act of aggression against janitors, that's a lot of stray piss to clean up.

The floor smell will eventually gag you, nothing like loads of dried piss glistening on the tile
