It's amazing how sure these people are that certain shows are racist (etc) while claiming they never watch(ed) them It's the Media Matters version of reality
oh yes, and often these determinations are made retrospectively, still with no engagement with the media, the primary sources of the historical record, whatever. not that thinks aren't bad or problematic as such, but that isn't the point

Yeah, woke art/culture criticism doesn't encourage immersion or engagement, but mere labeling as approved or 'problematic'/non-approved. With the latter strikingly overlapping working class tastes It's a moral-majority lens repurposed
