Yeah, for me 50k ain't worth that, it's degrading, but for them...their lives revolve around it. They're "to the manner born," as they say, and in this case the "manner" is being part of the magazine "smart set."

It’s also worth noting that the 50k job can easily be converted to a $125k pr job if they want it. The reason 50k sucks is that you could be stuck there, unable to save for retirement or build some stability. These people always have an out to take the pressure off
