The amount of bottles and pill packets to the right of the fridge makes me nervous about the size and clutter of my own supplement station. I know it’s natural to push a tendency to it’s limits but how did I get so many?

If there is one industry that is all about doing the work it is supplements. Almost admirably how effectively they started promoting the non-existent immune-boosting effects of, I don't know, BCAAs or shit like that once everyone was stuck at home.
