If you think about how hard it is to get 100-200 people to do even one simple thing — and it’s no knock on them, it’s just life — you can see why all the theorizing and organizing in the world is likely to come up empty handed

It took a decade-plus of higher ed to realize that the most complicated concepts I was wrapping my brain around paled in comparison to the organizational difficulties built into "reply all" or even "all you have to do is click this link to do the eval AND you get a cookie"
