who can say? it's hard to say how big the audience for any of this is. but certainly people are moving in different directions as the left undergoes one of its periodic fragmentations.

Doing the transition from being a "leftist" to being some sort of populist politician forces you to realize one thing about "political" types, and it's not a good thing.

Trying to build any kind of party from leftist people you agree with is basically the same as using the people at the local cat shelter to form an olympic curling team. There's zero overlap between people who self-select for leftism and ability/interest in politics.
