The work of the 500 lb squat. Worried "stans" mentioned safety arms, and yes, I'll use them for this, even if it's not a heavy squat in the scheme of things (I'm 240 lbs after all)pic.twitter.com/05hYMsVRBS

Are you using a duffalo bar or something similar? I'm trying to get back to the 500+lbs range. My biggest obstacle ATM is I only have enough plates for 405lbs. Lol

Yes, KS sent me a cambered bar and it has done the work of not taxing my shoulders. I'm always doing the work of building my home gympic.twitter.com/bCppSUrVmw

It's a pretty great tool, though I'm waiting to try their SSB, I'll replace my titan ssb with it

I miss the safety skwat bar. What I really miss doe is the belt skwat machine. Haven't used one of those in forever.

Yeah, that's something the recently retired NFL players like James Harrison have in their arsenal

I love it because it puts almost no pressure on my back and I can do alot of volume with good recovery.

As I age and perhaps get more space I'd like to add that...that and the 1000+ tires are some of the last things I'll probably add
