The work of 2 reps at 480. The squat. The work of the squat. As the Boys at the Metroflex would say, any squat below 700 lbs isn't a squat, any deadlift below 800 lbs isn't a deadlift. Who the hell knows what that means? It's the work thoughpic.twitter.com/KOMOaJ1fS9

To me, it means you better have a good budget for PEDs, a kindly old patron who will "sponsor" you, or a legitimate athletic reason to go hard or go home. That's the tea. There's 460x2, again not 700. 700 is the truth, the tea. Yes.pic.twitter.com/x6bHJEMcG4

Are you using a duffalo bar or something similar? I'm trying to get back to the 500+lbs range. My biggest obstacle ATM is I only have enough plates for 405lbs. Lol

Yes, KS sent me a cambered bar and it has done the work of not taxing my shoulders. I'm always doing the work of building my home gympic.twitter.com/bCppSUrVmw

This is straight up doing the work! My cumulative 1RM was around 310 going into senior year of high school football, but I doubt I could've done a rep of it though and the form was nowhere near as good as this
