i agree with the diagnoses but, as a matter of my own personal politics, i disagree with even the offering of a solution at the end of the essay, vague though it may be. but that's simply my preference as a deeply cautious person. i will never say how "we" win on WL or elsewhere

i mean "personal" as my own politics, not anything along the lines of the "personal is political" (I don't comment on personal-life matters) though those politics are certainly informed by both grad school and a lot of hard, painful, disillusioning learning out in the world

Interesting to follow a sentence about how the "oligarchs will stop at nothing to crush you," with one urging *nonviolent* revolt as the solution. (Not that I think violence against the state has any chance of success either.)
