Will the general strike entail striking against the rich parents propping up some of the most visible and most nice loft-having activists behind the general strike? Asking for a friend who is rich, and wants to stay that way

strikes are fun if you're a trust fund baby that only works for weed and beer money when you have bills and rent to pay, and going on strike is something that can get you fired.....it's serious fucking business only used when necessary
And generally used per the provisions found in the existing contract, ideally with some kind of strike fund in place, because most people work for a living, they dont live to "do the work" like these kids

you can do a quickie strike that's less than a full shift so you get paid for the day, or you do stuff like slowdowns or sickouts or work to rules where you're still on the payroll - if you're going for the long haul, you're going to have to have some kind of strike fund
