One of the things they really like is any endurance activity that is essentially a "time potlatch," showing they have so much time they can waste 20-40 hours a week running and swimming at a moderate pace and still kill it at their 501c3 nonprofit gig

The blue collar equivalent of this is dumping 100 hrs a week into poopsocking a video game, destroying the body from the comfort of one's cell. Video game training is perhaps the most intense discipline of all. Powerlifting is great because, unjuiced esp, you can only do so much
