Can anyone explain to me why people hate this new Drake song but love other Drake songs? This just feels like quintessential Drake being Drake. Are people just mad because they’re stuck inside?

My actual take is that people don’t like that it feels ‘manufactured’ for TikTok, which implies that they’ve convinced themselves that all other pop music somehow becomes popular organically. I don’t have the good take take.
