Not that anything material will change for most. These people and their arguments have no effect on material conditions save their own, which are -- especially for ones from the rich enough families that they have time to lead, rather than hew wood/draw water -- rather nice

I wish them well in their endeavors, whether that's getting some capital to pretend to launch a video network or fattening their Patreon or going on CNN or moving to the center where their interests always were anyway so they can work for more "serious" non-Kid publications

Can you give a fictional "real world" example of this? To help illustrate. I'm guessing at what this might look like, but think you have a particular vision.

Lefty Joe and Lefty Moe split over an argument about whether class or some other issue is paramount. Also Joe is rich and doesn't need to work for a living. Plus they've been dating the same people at the magazine they started together and hate each other.
