Haven't been to any gym but my own in the past three years. Since this is just recreation / somatic reminders of the stuff I usually write about, I don't miss the crowds. My wife will provide a spot when needed but I won't train to that pt 99% of the time, it's just 4 fun

Covid-19 converted me and I doubt I'll ever go back to commercial gyms lol

They're fucking nasty and I hate sharing space. I've been coached up to the average technique I need for the stuff I do, and I perform much better when I can almost meditate between sets

What surprised me is how I already overall have better equipment than the commercial gym I went to had, so long run it's gonna be WAY cheaper and better training.

Yeah, even when I used the metroflex, their stuff was old and beat to shit compared to what the companies have gifted me as payola. What I dont have and what I hope some publicist reading this tweet will note and offer are 1000 lb and 1200 lb tires for the backyard

I say this bc yesterday I tweeted @OldSoulStef about a product and it was sent my way the next day. They are thirsty right now. A tire??? In this economy?
