      I use that thing for nearly everything unless I'm working with high quality meat. I actually just fry the ingredients into the eggs. It's something locals often requested when I worked the omelet station

      That's about five minutes from being finished, with everything sealed inside. A cook named Wayne from Durham NC swore by this, and people asked for it, so I've kept it alive

          It's quite good. The cheese and bacon/ham congeal within the fried egg, and if you like the separate egg white/yolk taste, there it is.
