Not long to go now. My dad (275 lbs) was doing this into his early 60s, until the first heart attack, blood thinners, etc.

Range of motion was a bit reduced, because he was fatter, but the fact that he could do it at all was always fascinating to me.

I'm one who has a lot extra weight. To me, the greatest achievement of all, and healthiest is shedding the pounds.
