side racking that weight would hit the ceiling, i'd just drop it off the back if needed. i do have safety arms but won't use them for this, it's just 10 sets with training weight

i don't use clamps on the bench because that is how i'd spill it if needed, but that's only ever happened once in the past year, on a paused 410 that was very close to being completed. the minor disadvantage of the home gym is a lack of spots, but i don't care
