Serious question in serious times: Who taught you to do push ups with your hands super far away from your torso, arms parallel to your shoulders? That shit is extremely wrong.

All the bodyweight stuff people are rolling out, including the fat powerlifters, is atrocious. Strict pullups with a strict 1/2 ROM, pushups more like elbow bends, etc. Where are the floor l sits? Where are the one hand pullup bar dead hangs?
