What fifteen day period does he even mean? The government is still open, only certain states have shut down, and most of the south is just business as usual. He's put forward zero mandates

Apparently it started last Monday. I didn’t hear about it either. 15 days to “flatten the curve.” Pretty useless if we just go back to business as usual.
