Yes. NOPD started driving people out Saturday night. Tuesday night walk to the ATM NOPD and LSP in their SUVs, for every block I walked one or two passed me. Assume they where breaking up clumps of people. Restaurants take out only. Bars closed. Quiet.

Didn't step outside yet today, so I did just now. Thursday night there should still be people under my balcony hooting and hollering. Both streets are empty except for one fellow who might not have any place to be. (Not a tourist.)
