if that means all the transplants leave NYC to us New Yorkers.....I'm OK with that! Those of us who were born here would love to have our city back
which is totally fair, i'd say. returning to my home region was the best move i ever made, in every sense

I've never not lived in NYC - born in Chelsea, lived there til age 3, my parents moved to Far Rockaway, Queens and we stayed there til I was 17, and I've been in Harlem from 17 til I'm 51 at present this city has changed for the worse b/c gentrification
