Whenever my dad was properly set up, that's how he prepped. I follow a similar model. Limitations: No henhouse. I have more grass than herbs. I'm not sitting on a vast ammo cache. A child of the depression, he was obsessed w/ fat intake (for satiety) and caloric surpluses
