I did last week. It was ok. But I don't need ROM or even really assistance work there. But this does alleviate my squat shoulder. The weight you can move here is the same, basically. But on the bench it's heavier. I could see using it for that occasionally

My training volume is usually pretty low on everything except squats, because I'm kind of capped without the assistance of some "special friends." With squats there's room for about 50-100 more pounds, maybe, so I'll use this, SSB, front, all kinds of variations except OHS
