Very possible at this point. Sanders was a better HS athlete than Biden was, contrary to popular assumptions, and Biden is quite frail now

A lot of successful politicians were good HS athletes. Even the ones who grew fat - like Christie. But not TOO good, because if you make Div1 or go pro you're body is wrecked by 50 years of age.

Yes, lots of guys with one year college football (Biden, Tim Ryan) or some such thing. And there are some all-time greats in there too, like Congressman Jordan of Ohio, though he’s in trouble for covering up a sex scandal related to his beloved Ohio State wrestling program

Biden will just claim Sanders is on anabolics, and change the definition of anabolic to fit whatever he wants. Same is it ever was.
