At a time of national emergency, let it sink in that the many in the most vulnerable population (seniors) are younger than the highly-placed political leaders & two candidates contending to replace one of them. It's bizarre. I want mom to stay home and Nancy Pelosi working...?
Pelosi, for example, is nine years older than my mom. Clarence Thomas and RBG on the SCOTUS are in frail health. The kingmaker in the Dem race, Jim Clyburn, is ancient. Our very front lines are comprised of the old and frail, a true gerontocracy

Can you imagine your retired parents, even if they were good and smart and fit at 70-plus, circling the conestoga wagons and finding a solution to all this, when they're also in the crosshairs of the reaper's scythe (if this were a FPS, that scythe would have crosshairs)?
You can provide FDR and Woody Wilson as counterexamples, but those men basically dropped dead at the end of their national emergencies and one of them wasn't even all there for the last few years of his. And they were younger than this crop of leaders!
Say what you will about the powdered-wig generation of American founders, but at least some of them were young enough to be out front with the grunts rather than in the rear evading taxes by smuggling the gear. And Trump, aged and either overweight or obese, flaunts his mortality
I'd prefer to have Pelosi at home and not working, because when she goes to work, she tends to make terrible deals with Trump
