The same could happen here, so make sure you've got weights at home. You're not going to want to be without iron for an extended period.

Order adjustable dumbbells now if you don't have much space in your home. The Bowflex 1090 adjustable dumbbells go to 90 lbs each. Expensive as hell but if you're in stuck a limited space apartment for a month, totally worth it. 2/2
