My dad's advice to me and my brother was to lift weights. "Why don't you lift some weights? Get a little size on you." Now, after many years of education, that is my only sincere advice to all of you. Lift some weights. Get a little size on you. That's it. That's the tea.

My dad liked three things: 1) people who were totally unschooled, genuine "rubes" ("he can't even read! Nothing wrong with him and he can't even read!") 2) encouraging other people to drink recklessly 3) telling people to lift weights and get a little size on them
