Yeah. Lower volume than most people. I try to get the most out of the sets I do. Right now I'm investing more in squats, where the wear and tear is much lower. If I had an anabolic budget, I'd push weight til the pecs tore and the joints broke

I think I fucked mine doing pull ups, but I also suspect a decade of boxing and nearly two decades of jiu jitsu didn’t help.
