A lot of these lifestyle magazines seem to think that all of us are making $125,000 a year and can afford a Vitamix for each room. This is not true. Some us are making way less *after* all the above the line deductions. And that's not even counting the business expenses.

Makes sense, although the per-issue rate may not reflect the high earnings of the subscribers. The wealthy strike me as the folks least likely to wish to be told how to live. But, what do I know? I intentionally live in a tiny apartment, and half my pants are Adidas pants.
