Legit PED question: Biden was noticeably more awake at the last debate, and as wide eyed as a cartoon character about to shout "aoooogahhh" when the anthropomorphic protagonist (in drag) sashays by. Is he taking stimulants? Are they pepping him up to survive this last run?
Biden gets the W for his record, then he can be hidden away while someone else runs the show. It's the best of all possible worlds. He just needs to stay awake and remember the names for a few more weeks
