It's the one lift where I can't care about the numbers. I should be at 600+ after decades of this, but my ceiling with decent depth at this bodyweight (235-240) is 500 or so. The other lifts are a different story, always room there for legit progress

When I was your weight I was at about 500 or so too. Last time I got 500 I was 225 I believe. Now, I'm 189 and 445 was a grinder.
