It's the one lift where I can't care about the numbers. I should be at 600+ after decades of this, but my ceiling with decent depth at this bodyweight (235-240) is 500 or so. The other lifts are a different story, always room there for legit progress

I tumbled out of the m15 bus carrying heavy shopping bags so I was forced to do one of these squats by life today very unpleasant almost died
