Three “white” lights. I say that but also recognize it as problematic that we associate white with good.
There have been unsanctioned events where they’ve used a green flag, a single green light, and the thumbs up. All better options, but you’ve gotta sink the squats no matter what, as @EnduringLearner knows all too well

Green associates good with capitalistic money which is also problematic. Thumbs up could be a white power symbol. Waving flags could could trigger fans. Gently snapping fingers would be acceptable.

The ok symbol is out. Hand claps could upset those sensitive to sharp sounds. A wolf whistle would be problematic. And no touching !
