Absolutely haha. CrossFit is detrimental to society IMO. Before my senior year my team’s summer strength and conditioning became much crossfittier and I hated every second of it. Didn’t make any lifting gains

Crossfit is great for getting fit, but using Olympic lifts with heavy weights is dumb. Stupid. Risky.

High school athletes can do Olympic lifts. But at light weights until your technique is really good.
