Real talk, I don’t cut any food group but lean heavily Mediterranean/overall light on meat but certainly not avoidant and it does the trick beautifully. Plus it’s personally achievable, and that’s what really matters.

I drink 3/4 of a gallon of milk and eat a couple pounds of ground beef or lamb most days, but also go a few days each week without eating anything at all. I eat a lot of broccoli, olives, and apples. Once every two weeks, I eat a vast amount of pizza

I don’t understand why people want a one size fits all approach. It does not work. I can’t fast that long, but HUGE ups for the olives as most people in my personal life give me shit about loving olives.
