I do think creatine-monohydrate is a reasonably well studied supplement with a decent level of efficacy but otherwise you're spot on.

creatine vs. anabolic steroids is just different, very different, levels of performance enhancement. i get more from a gallon of milk a day, and i say that as someone who has done pretty much everything over the years
