I do think creatine-monohydrate is a reasonably well studied supplement with a decent level of efficacy but otherwise you're spot on.

creatine vs. anabolic steroids is just different, very different, levels of performance enhancement. i get more from a gallon of milk a day, and i say that as someone who has done pretty much everything over the years

I'm more of a powerlifter than a bodybuilder, but because I like to lift heavy things, I sometimes get mislabeled as a bodybuilder. I mean, once upon a time I wanted to be a bodybuilder. So it's sad that mainstream media has this stigma.
