I like when they bring a “fitness authority” on a podcast, or a podcast host is said to be real strong, and they’re doing like 24” box jumps and deadlifting 450 pounds with a nice round alley cat back. The standards are different. That’s life in the world of doing the Work

To be clear, is the strength measure relative to bodyweight or do we all have to be able to deadlift 700 lbs

I would prefer that these numbers be Absolute but I will accept height/weight-proportional strength...whatever it takes when it comes to Doing the Work
