Doing the work here but it’s a pretty mediocre hook grip deadlift x 630. The weight is actually loose on the bar and the bar swings out a bit before clearing my knees, but I stay tight and drag it up with my lats. Previously I’d have hitched that.pic.twitter.com/tGDKZQevCO
