My feedback on the writing process is equally helpful. "Well, you find a story and you sell it to somebody you've written stuff for in the past...write it using quotes plus your words, mix it up...then work with the editor. Now you've got what they call a piece or a deep dive."
If you don't look like Rich Piana, Ronnie Coleman or a pregnant women with an 8 pack, I don't want to hear your fitness advice. Also Athlean X's Jeff Cavaliere is unqualified as a coach and uses steroids. I believe this becasue I feel bad about myself.
