My take on the constitution, speaking as a retired legal historian, is this is the only take I’ve ever had on the constitution until I want something else to happen that requires I adopt a completely different take while still claiming that this has been my position all along
The constitution says what I need it to say for those 2 minutes I’m in the speaking rectangle on that msnbc chat show
