While arm wrestling, I stalemated my 46-year-old brother with my left hand and beat him with my right. We rematched several times. He hadn't lost...ever, across 100s of matches. And now? He's returned to lifting heavy weights and watching YouTube arm wrestling technique videos.

He hadn't lost to our father, to his various teammates, to the largest workers in his shop, to anyone. I'd forgotten just how freakishly strong that guy was, particularly as a teenager. And I popped his shoulder right out of its socket.
